has a degree in Journalism from Rhodes University and worked in the world of publishing for four years before heading to Australia to study Permaculture at the Permaculture Research Institute. Leigh came back to South Africa in 2000 and breathed life into SEED. Leigh now spends her time fundraising, developing programmes, printing lots of tshirts and strategically guiding SEED. |

Yoliswa studied Horticulture at Cape Technikon in Cape Town and worked in different sectors of the plant industry before joining SEED in 2008 as a Permaculture Learner. Yoli has been mentored for a year and is working as a Co-Facilitator for the Nursery Phase of the Organic Classroom Programme. Yoli is excited to use Permaculture to create abundant productive systems in an urban environment. |

joining Seed. He managed Koobooberry Farm and trained in permaculture
gardening while working for Beau Horgan at PEGS. Bood loves singing
to plants before he eats them and is grateful that they don't sing back. |

Theo Oldjohn has extensive experience in leading projects, leadership coaching, community development and gourmet mushroom cultivation. He is a research and development coordinator for Western Cape Youth in Agriculture and Rural Development (YARD) and also an Associate for Intando Leadership Coaches (ILC) Company. Theo joins SEED as Enterprise facilitator to facilitate SEED's entrepreneurial projects. |

did her Permaculture Design Course at Famdidzanai Training Centre
in Zimbabwe in 1993. Since then she has taught Design Courses, managed community projects and worked
extensively in South Africa. Her passions are training, seed banking,
earth building and developing training materials. She has been
involved in the SEED schools programme for 4 years. Alex works at mentoring facilitators in the Organic Classroom Programme and will be teaching the Accredited Permaculture Training in February. |

did her Permaculture Design Certificate in 1998 at Wildrock Farm. She runs her own nursery, is a facilitator par-excellance and is in love with earth worms. Tina can be found delivering the Organic Classroom Program in Gauteng. |

Eidin has been working with permaculture and sustainable living for over ten years. She's also been a clown, comedian, facilitator, artist and writer. Eidin can be found jumping around gardens in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands helping people laugh and garden at the same time.She's designing building the best outdoor classrooms in the universe in the coming year. |
